TSSOVF

Time stamp seconds overflow When set, indicates that the seconds value of the Time stamp (when supporting version 2 format) has overflowed beyond 0xFFFF_FFFF.
TSTARGT

Time stamp target reached When set, indicates the value of system time is greater or equal to the value specified in the Target Time High and Low registers
